Role: Staff Product Designer

I co-led the design of a strategic concept deck for Northrop Grumman—an executive-level pitch built to show how ServiceNow could support defense operations across roles, devices, and environments. I developed the final prototype in Figma, including all transitions and screen flows.

The presentation followed a day-in-the-life narrative, anchored in scenes that spanned mobile field agents, office-based analysts, and logistics operations. I worked with a second designer to storyboard the sequence, develop visuals, and align motion to the delivery script.

The deck was presented directly by ServiceNow's COO and later used internally as a reference model for strategic visual storytelling.
