Role: UX and UI

At ServiceNow, I was responsible for scaling platform-level functionality across the mobile ecosystem. This work included redesigning key input patterns, building fault-tolerant flows for offline use, and helping to reconstruct the mobile design system during the transition to Figma. My focus was on delivering mobile parity while addressing the limitations and behaviors specific to field-based work environments.

Input components were reworked to match updated platform logic and support consistent interactions across iOS and Android. Offline mode required building interaction flows that allowed users to cache tasks, complete work without service, and resolve sync conflicts when reconnected. I also initiated and led the rebuild of the mobile UI kit in Figma, ensuring component alignment with the platform team while cleaning up legacy inconsistencies.

These efforts supported product-wide updates to mobile UX during a period of major design and tooling change. The work contributed to multiple releases and became foundational to later improvements in field service, task management, and data entry workflows.
