Field Agent AR

Role: Research, Concept & Design
As part of an innovation sprint at ServiceNow, I led the design and prototyping of an AR concept for field technicians. The goal was to show how lightweight augmented reality could support real-world tasks like identifying physical assets, navigating complex spaces, and receiving step-by-step guidance—without breaking flow.
I created an interactive Figma prototype that emphasized realism over sci-fi. Agents don't work in labs—they're out in loud, unstable environments with limited time and attention. The design focused on simple overlays, gesture-based progression, and toolsets like draw, note, and marker modes that worked within tight mobile constraints.
The concept was presented in an executive experience review and influenced long-term planning for mobile field service capabilities.
